Air guns are still considered toys?

Jonathon Cook, from Ealing in west London, was shot at about 1200 BST on Monday in the garden of a house in Fovant near Tisbury. The child was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol where he died in the afternoon. The death is under study but is not currently considered suspects. "There were a number of deaths in the United Kingdom over the years and countless injuries. The parents used to buy them as toys for their children. I wonder how many still do? I do not know how the death occurred, but that it was with a weapon air makes me feel real anger.
Toys are rarely fatal ……… Weapons do! I used air weapons / guns hunting / firearms all my life and they have only one purpose in life ……… kill! Anyone who buys an air rifle for child, then it can be used without supervision and an injury occurs, is at least guilty of negligence for death …….. culpable homicide guilty.
