How often do you clean your baby or toddler’s toys?
Do you wipe as needed, sterilize, or have a set routine? What products do you use?
I don’t clean them very often, usually once every two months, unless they happen to be really dirty before that. I kind of felt guilty about that, so I’m glad to hear that I’m not the only one. Today happened to be one of those days.
Okay I’ll give my honest answer, I clean them when their dirty. My son has so many toys, that when I do clean them all it takes a long time to do it correctly. I don’t disinfect once a week, my mother didn’t and I’m still here. I do disinfect them when my sons sick… and I even steam clean his stuffed animals that can’t be put in the washer… but if he’s not sick and no other kid has chewed on them then I don’t clean them unless they need it. Sad but true, and I’m sure I’m not the only one
