As it’s the capital of great britain, London boasts the finest museums in the country. One of the finest is the Science Museum, which is situated in south kensington. The museum was formed in 1857 & boasts more than 300,000 exhibits, which include Puffing Billy & Stephenson’s Rocket.
The city boasts many of fantastic art galleries too, which include the National Portrait gallery.
The shops in london are some of the finest in the world. From designer stores to independent stores, there’s things for everyone to enjoy in this massive city.
One of London’s most famous stores is Hamleys, a massive toy shop on Regent Street. it is a massive tourist attraction and receives 5 million visitors per year, many of whom visit at christmas. boasting an incredible 7 floors, the toy shop caters for everyone, from babies and toddlers to grown-ups!
