Will this impress colleges (University of Michigan)?
I am currently a junior in high school and I REALLY want to be accepted to my dream school: University of Michigan to study pharmacy.
So far I have:
Taken 6 honors classes
2 years of foreign language
3 AP classes
Have an overall GPA of 4.000
Plan on taking the ACT 5 times this year (first one is on Dec 13)
Joined: Premed club, Red Cross Club, Key Club, National Honors Society (didn’t join any clubs in 9th and 10th grade, would that be a huge problem?)
Took 4 college classes (taking 2 more next semester)
Job shadowing a pharmacist at my local Rite Aid
Job shadowing a doctor
Planning on volunteering at the local hospital for many hours
Organized a project to raise toys to hospital kids this Christmas
Ranked number 10 out of 576 in my graduating class
My biggest concern is that I didn’t demonstrate community involvement/ clubs my 9th and 10th grade. Do you think U of M wont accept me for that?

I wouldn’t be worried about that at all. Michigan is a great school and their Pharmacy program is amazing, good luck. GO BLUE
