Does anyone else HATE the new babies/Toys R US website?
I used to order many things off of the Babies/Toys R US website – or at least do some research before going into the store. Recently they redesigned it, and I can’t stand to even go there now. I was using their “gift finder” and thought I would have to poke out my eyes.
1. The website is so slow now I want to vomit – seriously, I have high speed cable, and have no problems with other sites.
2. the search engine automatically takes you to the top seller in the category – so say you are looking for bottles – it doesn’t take you to the bottle page, it shows you the Avent gift set – then you have to back track to the bottle page – which, as I said, takes forever
3. If you are looking for toys and choose their “2 year old” section – you will get plenty of toys for newborns too – it’s like 2 years and younger, not “for 2 year olds”.
Does anyone else thinks this redesigned website is infuriating?
Yes, I got annoyed and I don’t even use it that often! Like you said, all of a sudden it’s v-e-r-y-s-l-o-w. I got so annoyed when trying to look something up, I finally gave up. And yes, we have high speed cable too.
